SUMMARY

Develops, tests, implements, and maintains complex application and database solutions to meet Statebridge business needs. 

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES 

Design, code and deliver professional software solutions based on business requirements and needs. Develop complex functionality as required to implement user stories. Create/modify database tables as required to support development work. Aggressively attend to and complete user and management IT support issues and requests. Provide technical backup, assistance or support to general IT operational staff. 

Diligently address other IT duties or initiatives as assigned. 

Responsibilities include: 

Develop a strong working knowledge of existing 3rd-party applications used by the company including the primary mortgage loan servicing software, Servicing Director. 

Become familiar with the operation of tools and utilities used by IT including, Statebridge Sharefile, Automize used for FTP automation and other devices. 

Perform assigned training as required to keep pace with company industry standards and regulations or those which may be relative to your role.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE 

Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

COMPUTER SKILLS 

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of: 

SQL Server T-SQL, standard SQL 

SQL Server Management Studio, Integration Services, and Reporting Services 

ASP.NET, C#.Net and/or VB.Net development using Visual Studio 

Well-versed in software configuration management tools 

Development in an Agile environment

Ability to handle many simultaneous demands on time 

Solid Oral and Written skills along with the ability to interact with business executives, users, and clients in a professional manner. 

Self-starter not requiring a lot of oversight to complete tasks. 

Ability to work with sometimes less than ideal program specifications and motivated to seek out answers to fill in the blanks. 

Expert ability in diagnosing issues and solving problems with code developed in-house as well as third-party systems.
